Emilio Tafani (1885 - 1963) studied in Florence and Livorno under Professor G Micheli, and in 1903 was admitted to the Academy of Brera in Milan.
Tafani was a chromo-lithographer with his own studios (ELT Studios). He has exhibited in Florence, Livorno, Milan, London and Turin. Tafani lived in London for many years.
