Paul Gell 1918 - 1996

Born in Manchester in 1918, Paul studied as a mature student at Corsham in Wiltshire under William Scott and Keith Vaughan before graduating in 1951, exhibiting thereafter with the prestigeous Midland Group and the Piccadilly Gallery, London, with much of his work inspired by his mentor, Keith Vaughan.
