A work from Charles Oakley’s imagination which places a World War One zeppelin above an imaginary dockland. The scene was no doubt inspired by the Liverpool docks, close to where Charles Oakley spent much of his early years. Perhaps the Liver building is just visible as a grey silhouette in the distance.
