It's all happening on Saturday!

10th June, 2015

Just a reminder that the doors open to our A Day in the Life exhibition this coming Saturday 13th June. The day will start at 10am and end at 5pm, as usual, but the reception, with many of the artists in attendance, will take place from 12 until 2pm. A wine and canapés reception will be accompanied by live music from the London-based modern folk duo, The Left Outsides, fresh from the release of their latest album. Everyone is welcome, no need to RSVP etc., just bring yourselves along.

The exhibition listing can be seen here with an electronic copy of the physical catalogue here

Also on show will be a large array of pots from Ivar Mackay. As previously mentioned, Ivar has now retired and these are likely to be the last pots ever released for sale.

Finally, don’t forget the gallery operates the OwnArt scheme, in conjunction with the Arts Council. In a nutshell, this allows clients to borrow up to £2,500 to either pay in full or put towards one or more works of their choice at zero interest over ten months, obtaining the work upfront. It’s a great scheme and since we joined early in 2013, it’s been used by a very large number of our gallery clients.

All for now, see you on Saturday,

Steve and Christine
p.s. don't forget, the gallery will be closed this Friday 12th to allow time to hang the exhibition
