Ian Norris, doors open on Saturday

22nd June, 2016

I know a bank where the wild thyme blows I know a bank where the wild thyme blows

A reminder that we open the doors to A Midsummer Night’s Dream on Saturday at 10am; thirty works from Ian Norris of and inspired by the seminal Shakespeare play, on the 400th anniversary of his death. You may see the entire exhibition listing HERE

The gallery will be open 10am to 4pm on Saturday, but a reception will take place from 12 – 2pm, with the usual fare, and with Ian there to chat with; please do come along. This is Ian’s third solo show at Castlegate, and a real departure from his previous land and sea-scapes, and one that we believe will be fascinating to see. It’ll also be a welcome break from the inevitable post-referendum constant news-loop that will ensue!

As usual, the gallery will be closed on Friday 24th to allow us to rehang for the exhibition.

Hope to see you there on Saturday. If you can’t make it, the exhibition will run until the 16th July.
